Summary: Our team are currently investigating an issue causing slow loading and intermittent downtime to some sites beginning with the letter 'c' on the Cloud, please bear with us whilst we work to bring service back to normal.

Sites are currently back online and performing well, however our team are continuing to monitor this situation closely in case of any re-occurrence of this issue.

In order to resolve any residual speed issues we will be adding further capacity to the affected cluster this evening.
